A majority of the process is done. What remains is:

[x] Finish writing code for the NetworkTables
[ ] Implement a tuned algorithm into the VisionServer.py script
[ ] Get a green 60mm diameter light
[ ] Implement code on the robot for aligning yourself in the X and Z direction
[x] Figure out where to upload the VisionServer.py script to
