Need To Implement Navigation Fixes

Navigation Class:

• Remove navX from within Navigation to get from
• Remove implementation of Heading-hold inside of Navigation for DriveTrain's implementation.
• Replace Current Location with a Coordinate instead of Waypoint
• Relocate GetDist/Angle methods from navigation into a separate calculations class
• Add option to only drive at a constant speed instead of variable speed based off distance.

Waypoint Provider:

• make hold list, not be an extension of list

Waypoint:

• make hold a coordinate, not be an extension of coordinate
• Variables are final, (i.e x-component, y-component are final).

IDisplacementSensor:

• have a unit type displacement amounts instead of two different meter/inch displacement get-methods

Will put off making variables final in Waypoint/Coordinate because I still believe there may be situations in which way points are edited such as velocity or object avoidance if that waypoint is deemed as not necessary to complete the navigation. It overall doesn't harm navigation to make it editable.
