Hello,
I installed optitype using the following command: conda install -c bioconda optitype
No errors were reported. but it seems that the machine doesnt recognize the pacakge:
I executed: which RazerS3 It didn’t return anything
which RazerS3
I tried with python 2.7 and python 3.
What am I missing? Thanks, Eila
