DGI still die sometimes #370

We sometimes spuriously crash on startup with error messages of the form:

2014-May-07 15:57:50.777072 : PosixMain.cpp : Fatal(0):
    Exception caught in Broker: Peer mamba3:51870 was not found in the global table

It's probably a race condition.

Re-open when you have more context. This is not enough to find the issue.

Reopening this since it's a random crasher that could potentially torpedo a demo considering that FSU runs the DGI remotely without any output. Please do not close this issue without actually determining the cause of the crash.
