I use Win10 Pro version 10.0.19045 Build 19045 and Windows Defender refuses this file with message Trojan:Win32/Phonzy.A!ml

Wow ! Because This program for Download file from Internet . Therefore , the download virus detection will be displayed . It is Misjudgement .
