This branch is where we merge experimental code to test implementation before merging with the master branch. Master branch must ALWAYS be stable!git

Closing, since I'm using the PR as an example. In the future, PRs for experimental branches will be peer reviewed before they are merged into STAGING. When STAGING is tested and deemed stable, it will be deployed to Master.
