Description

Put a video stream on the smart dashboard with lines/shapes/something to show alignment at the exchange.

Reasoning

No camera in current code base.

It seems that the easiest way to add cross hairs/shapes to a video feed is to lay a transparency over the screen and draw on it. There are definitely ways to digitially edit the video feed, but most of those involve invoking OpenCV or NIVision libraries. What does drive team think of that? @DBombay @racereric
