Add some testing on EVPN advertise route-map functionality.

If we could fix this prefix bgp_evpn_rt5: to the same as the previous commit it would be good.

Is it possible to add new test which covers route-map based injecting the routes while retaining the existing test. A new tenant vrf can be created which uses policy (route-map) to advertise Type-5.
