Use GH actions:

to upload tarball to Cachix. Maybe include build-time closure as well for convenience.
to upload page with links to gh-pages

Looked into https://github.com/actions/upload-artifact but its a pain because you can't dynamically generate the path to upload. Idea would be to use -run to put the artifacts in some known place so they can be uploaded.

The artifacts uploaded with upload-artifact will expire after 90 days, but it's a start.
