Build v0.3 and tag it #133

Don't forget to adjust the version in the pom.xml (remove SNAPSHOT).

@Bantolomeus I'm going to need more time. I think the release will be delayed by about one week, depending on how fast you are when I'm finished.

@Bantolomeus Please checkout branch v0.3 git checkout v0.3 and test everything. If you find something, create an issue (or ask FRosner first if you are not sure). Please let us know when you are done. We want to release in about one week.
