Problem Description

I need to have a nice structure / outline.

Tasks

[x] Contents need to have all contents in it (also abstract?).
[x] List of Figures
[x] Reference appendix stuff somewhere
[x] make sure that all sections are there for a reason and communicate that reason (e.g. inference algorithms section)
