Switch from Coveralls to Codacy and Codecov #278

it also shows code style problems etc (like missing semicolons in JS)

sbt coverageAggregate is needed to aggregate subprojects it seems

[x] setup codacy https://www.codacy.com/

[x] replace coveralls badge by codacy and codecov badge
[x] remove coveralls project
[x] check GitHub integration
