This PR removes some old unnecessary code cluttering the codebase

Uh, I just noticed this change broke the brake - but the car can do mad drifts now (something with the physics settings removed I'm guessing)

Does indeed seem to happen. Not for the FSAI car for some reason. Could have something to do with it's kinematics though
