Create a doc for running the application on Apache/Nginx using Phusion Passenger.

@eternaltyro I think Ngnix with Unicorn is easier to setup. @everyone is this project going to stay in heroku only?

If I have an existing Apache running, it'll be nice to have this on the same server along with all my other virtual hosts
