Add an option to import a selection from a CSV file to compare a "current" wanted list vs. what is actually in there.

Planned for 3.5.0, But I really wanted to get 3.4.0 out the door finally. 7 weeks is a really long release cycle for us. (and 3 weeks since the first "release candidate"!

Just went with drag-and-drop CSV to the main window, then pick a collection and it uses the same interface as the savegame compare does.
