Current Behavior

LOG viewer shudders if you go to the very end of the file

Expected Behavior

Should not shudder

Steps To Reproduce

Open a LOG viewer (preferably some large one with 1000 lines).
Scroll to the bottom of the file.
Try to go even lower, the list tries to move and starts shaking.

Environment

- Mod Assistant Version: 3.5.2, 3.9.71, 3.9.91
- OS: Win10 and 11
- Virtualized: No
