Children and recurse parameter not specified

Hi

This is a great tool and saves us masses of disk space. However, when I manually run it from the GUI and am selecting a load of disks to compact, I sometime get this error message and the utility stops:

I always click Yes to All and then it it carries on again. Any idea what's causing this?
