Port print functions to molch-buffer

Use molch-buffer instead of regular c strings for all the print functions, cleaning them up on the way.

Some TODOs/Reminders:

look out for memory leaks when returning NULL from the print functions
check for buffered/unbuffered only once --> make allocation then, not once in the beginning
