Created a template using create-react-native-app. Comes with Expo integration, which should streamline our testing process.
Updated the readme to show how to set up the development environment.

I was gonna recommend Travis or Circle CI. I've used Travis to compile electron for me before, kinda unintuitive, but works just well. Travis has unlimited build hours on public repos though, while Circle only gives you 1500/month iirc. May be something to consider.

Also, @glfmn, I can't seem to merge. Github's spewing, "Only those with write access to this repository can merge pull requests."

@Azure-Agst, my bad, that's been fixed! I confused this with the other app repository.
