Customizing colors #4

The colors used right now make it really hard to read code that was already checked (on my color theme at least, but I saw that on Cedric's one too). Any chance to let users customize the color of the various bars?

I was thinking of just changing the gutter (the line numbers on the side) to green, rather than highlighting the checked code. WDYT?

I think highlighting with a user-chosen color would be better. For once, I've disabled line numbers in Atom already :)
