bitlocker blocking the ftb launcher from working

Describe the bug

add a warning that bitlocker might interfere with both a computer that is laptop or even desktop type. I got a replacement laptop and it showed drive encrytion, but it was bitlocker. please have a request for bitlocker to be disabled

Steps to reproduce

have a windows pro edition, download ftb, have bit locker engaged, can be either on intel or amd.

Expected behaviour

would properly download and run a modpack without stalling.

this was discovered recently since I had to replace my personal laptop, it did accept my account, but wouldn't run any ftb modpack programs.
