[Bug]: Some modpacks doesn't download or update without restart app #658

Describe the bug

Doesn't finish modpack's download/update

Steps to reproduce

When i put one modpack to download/update (tested with Oceanblock, Direwolf20 1.18 and Skyfactory 4) it keeps on 0% and doesn't end, it just "freeze" but when i close FTB app and re-open, modpack is downloaded/updated. I tested download mods into modpacks (Easy Villagers into Direwolf20 1.18) it doesn't happen, the issue is just with modpacks.

Expected behaviour

Download modpack without reset app
