What's your issue

After creating the Redstone seed, I try to take it off the pedestal and it just disappears. Tried it twice.

Steps to reproduce

Go through all steps to create Redstone seed. Hit the A-button to release the seed, and the seed just disappears.

Any extra information?

However, if I just PUNCH the pedestal after the seed is created, the seed does appear besides the pick-up version of the pedestal.
