[Bug]: Mysterious Balloon no longer returning #16

What's your issue

World was created on Realms Plus from Windows 10, and played on by Windows 10, iPad, and Xbox One. Typically 2 players, max 5 players at one time (after this issue started). A few days ago I noticed that the Mysterious Trader had somehow escaped from the balloon "basket". I blocked MT off on the other side of the island, and shortly afterwards the balloon disappeared but the MT remained. A short time later a new balloon appeared with a new MT, and the previous MT was still blocked off. When that balloon disappeared, so did both MTs. After one or two more cycles, I realized the balloon was no longer leaving the desert island. I have waited many hours with that island loaded and no change. Also tried leaving the area and it still remained. I manually took it down and blocked off the MT again outside the balloon area. Nothing has happened since. MT is still "safe" and there is still no balloon or message.

Steps to reproduce

Load the world and play for some time. No message for the balloon comes up. MT is still in his "hiding place" off to the side & away from the balloon landing area.
