Unable to complete quests. Started a new game, completed the pebbles request and accepted the reward. Crafting the four cobblestone does not complete the second quest. Have rebooted Xbox, tried starting a new game.
All attempts have been made on hard mode, show coords and do not keep inventory. Tried on default map, default with barrel and lush cave.
Tried going directly in, without grabbing anything from the secrets in the starter area

Set to show coords
Set to drop inventory on death
Choose default map
Read first quest
Collect 16 pebbles
Collect reward
Read second quest
Craft 4 cobble
Quest still showing in progress

Have had the same issue on another playthrough started three days ago, same release version of the pack and Minecraft base. On that playthrough, got through this quest but got stuck on the one to create the porcelain totem
