2 years ago Seconded for this issue. Conveyor belts appear to do nothing and have a terracotta texture on top them for me. Although I initially thought it might be clashing with setting tweaks or resource packs I was using, I built a new world with the proper settings and attempted to use belts with no effect. Hardly a problem, given that the belts don't do much you can't do with vanilla blocks, but I admit it'd be nice to compact some of those designs.

When slow conveyor belts are placed the don’t actually do anything, items don’t move on them

Place slow conveyors and try dropping an item on it
