Receiving no pebbles when fist mining stone

Steps to reproduce

Mine stone with empty fist Receive no pebbles

Expected behaviour

Mine stone with fist recieve pebbles

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Does this happen on the latest version? And are you sneaking when punching the stone to get the pebbles?
