Bug - If Cybernetic Arms are installed with no powersource, player is unable to replace them with human arms #1373

Modpack Version:

2.0.9

Bug Report:

Installing cybernetic arms (both left and right) without any power source and performing surgery will cause player to be unable to interact with the Robosurgeon. This means that the character will get locked out of the game, as they can no longer left or right click on anything, and are unable to replace their cybernetic arms with human arms unless done via editing level.dat.

Expected Behavior/Suggestions:

User should be able to interact with Robosurgeon and surgeon booth even if their right cybernetic arm is unpowered.

Is It Repeatable? Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Craft left and right cybernetic arms.
  2. Open Robosurgeon interface, install ONLY cybernetic arms.
  3. Close Robosurgeon, enter surgery booth and close doors.
  4. Exit booth, should be unable to interact with Robosurgeon or booth.

Known Fix:

Possible fix: make the player drop cybernetic enhancements on death.

dropping them on death isnt preferred just to compensate for someone making this mistake. Ultimately it would inconvenience others more than the very few it would help. Server owners can change the cybernetic rule to drop on death temporarily to allow this on a case by case basis, otherwise this really is something that should be addressed at the mod level. I agree with you but it's out of my control.
