Describe the bug

When I proceed with the Questbook and restart the server, the server startup log stops for a minute with "attempting to load jabba data" and then I check the crash-report and see that HardcoreQuest is failing with an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException.

Also, if I rename world/HardcoreQuesting/players.dat to, say, players.dat.old and start the server again with start.sh, the server starts normally. (Of course, QuestBooks cannot be opened, but...) If I create a new world, do the same quests, and then restart the server, the problem reappears.

I have not been able to pinpoint which quest is causing the problem, but I am certain that the problem is there somewhere.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Running minecraft on amazon linux 2
  2. Enter the server and proceed with the quest
  3. Restart the server
  4. Server does not start, and an ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException occurs

Expected behaviour

No errors occur and the server starts normally.

Thank you for creating this issue/suggestion, however this modpack is now considered a legacy pack and is therefore no longer receiving any bug fix updates or mod updates. Any updates to this pack will only be released if there is a security issue.
