Describe the bug

I have 50 of Otherstones in my inventory but the quest wont complete

Steps to reproduce

  1. Try to complete it
  2. It fails.

It to complete

Not bugged image

It has a dependency you need to complete that is just a click on ars nov worn book. Would be better if its shown somewhere
