bug or i dont know Infinite Regen #5473

Describe the bug

i updated to to 1.41 from 1.3 an now i have an infinite regen only mods added was sound physics and colorful hearts (cuz i hate have multi haert bars) i removed both mods and still have infinite regen tried to command clear them and it says its removed but still there see pics

no infinite regen

no error i can get a log if needed but didnt see a need for it
