Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Payload may not be larger than 32767 bytes

Describe the bug

Everytime my friend would try to craft something (Mob Spawner ENDERIO ) it would crash him

Steps to reproduce

Craft a ENDER IO POWERED MOB SPAWNER and it'l crash your game.

Expected behaviour

the payload size to be increased.

End note . It was cause he was using refined storage
