Solar Radiance Enchantment only works in overworld #5689

Describe the bug

When trying to use a furnace with the solar radiance enchantment, it will only process items if that furnace is in the overworld during the day and sunny. When in the void dimension, it does not process anything, regardless of time, even if it's day and sunny in the overworld.

Steps to reproduce

Go to void dimension. Place down furnace/blast furnace with solar radiance enchantment. Insert any smeltable items Observe no processing

Expected behaviour

With the void dimension constantly being day and sunny, would expect constant processing.
