Describe the bug

I operate a hosted private Minecraft server, which is scheduled to reboot nightly (I don't know if this is necessary, it's just a scheduled task that my hosting provider added by default).

I've noticed that when I join the world for the first time on a given day, all of the Entangloporters that are used for power distribution are disconnected from the cables, and I have to go around to each of them and "wrench" them back on.

[!NOTE] I've confirmed this issue only happens after the game server process is restarted; it does not happen after disconnecting the client, nor restarting the client. The same is true for local single-player worlds, too.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Place a Mekanism entangloporter anywhere, configured for power (input/output/both, doesn't matter)
  2. Attach a Modern Industrialization cable to the entangloporter (any kind)
  3. For multi-player server: a. Exit the client completely and restart, reconnect to the server, and observe that the cable is still connected to the entangloporter b. Reboot the server, then reconnect, and observe that the cable is now disconnected from the entangloporter
  4. For single-player: a. Save and quit to title b. Re-open the world, and observe that the cable is now disconnected from the entangloporter

Expected behaviour

Cables connected to Entangloporters should remain connected

Additional information

This behavior only exists with MI Cables, but MI Pipes are unaffected.

I don't know if this problem is new to v1.7.0, or if it existed in prior versions (I've played on the last three or four versions, but didn't begin using Entangloporters until after I'd been on v1.7.0).

I have tried connecting a single Mekanism universal cable to the entangloporter, then attaching a Modern Industrialization cable to that; it appears to connect (there's a slight gap between the cables, but the Modern Industrialization cable itself renders with the darker end to indicate connectivity). After restarting the game, the Modern Industrialization cable remains connected to the Mekanism universal cable. However, power is not transferred from the Mekanism universal cable to the Modern Industrialization cable, despite the visual indication of a connection.
