Solar Panel FTB Industrial Contraptions not working in Mining Dimension #5699

Describe the bug

When we try to power the quarry of FTB Industrial Contraptions with a LV Solar Panel of the same mod in the Mining Dimension of Just Another Mining Dimension, the Solar Panel supply no energy.

I tested it in the Overworld and it works.

We are on a debian 11 server.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a world In survival mod on a server
  2. Get enough ressources to go to create a portal to the mining dimension, a Quarry and a LV Solar Panel
  3. Craft the stuff
  4. Go to the mining dimension
  5. Put the quarry
  6. Put next to the quarry the LV Solar Panel

Expected behaviour

The Quarry should start mining, but it does not.
