Placing or modifying Integrated Dynamics or Integrated Tunnels components causes a 1-5 second hiccup in the game. #5702

Describe the bug

This might be a problem with Integrated Dyamics or Integrated Tunnels, but every time I place a network component (item interface, fluid interface, importer/exporters, etc) I experience a 3-5 second hiccup in the game. There's nothing of note in latest.log whenever the lag happens.

Steps to reproduce

Place any ID network component.

Expected behaviour

In previous versions, there was no lag when placing ID components. This is the expected behavior.
