The quest 'Ore Processing 101' specifically looks for ores that oredict with oreIron, which does not contain all ores that process directly into iron in early-game smelting setups, but only the gt ore that is analogous to vanilla iron ore. While finding a copper or magnetite vein to get this ore and finish the quest isn't exactly hard, it feels a bit off that the base iron vein doesn't give an ore that will finish this quest.
