Mekanism's hydrogen is required as fuel for the jetpack, but there doesn't seem to be a registered recipe to create it. The quest description for the Rotary Condensentrator states that Mekanism's hydrogen can be produced by processing GT's hydrogen in a chemical reactor set to 5, but in reality, it cannot be created. This may be due to a missing recipe registration.
Steps to reproduce
Prepare an MV Chemical Reactor.
Insert GT's hydrogen gas and a programmed circuit set to 5 into the MV Chemical Reactor.
Mekanism's hydrogen should be produced, but it is not.

I set "Has the pack been modified" to yes, but I only added MC2Discord for multiplayer purposes, so I believe it is unrelated to the bug.
