FTB NeoTech Quest Book not counting completion for 'Transmutation Table' in Equivalent Exchange Tree

Steps to reproduce

  1. Craft Transmutation Table
  2. Navigate to 'Transmutation Table' Quest in Equivalent Exchange Tree

Expected behaviour

Quest should be passed after crafting required item
