When giving another player colony permissions, they do not get them.
Steps to reproduce
Go to the minecolonies town hall in a multiplayer server
Right click the town hall and click on the permissions tab
Type the player you want to give permissions to in the box and press the "+"
Give the player any permission type, such as Officer (This by default should give them nearly every permission available.)
Have the player you gave permission to try to do any action in the colony they should now have permissions to do.
Expected behaviour
The player should be able to do what the permissions give them the ability to do within the colony ie. break blocks.

Someone asked in the minecolonies discord server about this issue in this pack, but the only reply they got was that the version of minecolonies included in this pack is not available on curseforge. Updating the version of minecolonies should fix this issue as other servers running publicly available versions of minecolonies do not have this error.
