Describe the bug

Main menu tips mentioning GTCE are outdated as Interactions Remastered features GTCEu instead. This may extend to quest descriptions too, although I've not checked

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load a world
  2. Hope that a GT tip appears

Alternatively, just look at tips.cfg

Expected behaviour

Mentions GTCEu instead
