The trade quest for the Dragon Head in the Magic Mischief Emporium does not require you to submit the coin to get the item. As a result, you can get infinite Dragon Heads as long as you have at least one coin in open inventory.
Steps to reproduce
Put at least one gold coin in open inventory.
Go to the Magic Mischief Emporium.
Take as many free Dragon Heads as you want.
Expected behaviour
The Dragon Head shop quest should be set to consume the coin it asks for..
