Alchemical Matter Infuser does not select most specific recipe #5876

Describe the bug

Alchemical Matter Infuser fails to select the most specific recipe. Take for instance these two recipes:

This recipe in particular is a painful blocker on expanding Flux Networks in EV+

Steps to reproduce

Set up recipe for Enderman Head in Alchemical Matter Infuser It will always craft Nebulous Heart instead

Expected behaviour

I should be able to craft Enderman Heads

@ArtpokeBr I note also that the Blaze Matter -> Blaze Rod recipe in the AMI also doesn't work, and always runs the Blaze Matter -> Molten Core recipe instead. Double check this one too!
