Gravel cannot be place on cutting board from off-hand in 1.4.1 #6161

Describe the bug

I can no longer place gravel on cutting board from off-hand for quick flint generation with shovel. I can still place chicken for cutting with knife, but have to switch back and forth to place and dig gravel.

Steps to reproduce

put gravel in off hand, right click cutting board, no gravel is placed.

Expected behaviour

gravel is placed from off-hand onto cutting board

Update on this, it seems to only happen with 'Just Dire things' tools.

Multiple right click activities are now broken with dire tools in primary hand. Torch placement etc. Although torch placement still works with the blazegold pickaxe in primary.

I just tried stripping logs with 2nd tier Dire Blazegold Axe and logs in offhand and cannot place, switched to iron axe and it places fine on cutting board.

Same workaround works with iron shovel and gravel.
