Describe the bug

In the recipe for Robot arms is a Empty Tag item so its not possible to craft on a server

Steps to reproduce

1.Go on a Server 2.Go to the recipe for "Robot Arms" from Modern Industrialization

  1. Missing Item Steel Rods

Expected behaviour

There should be an Item insted of the empty Tag
