"Drops Teleporter" upgrade for Just Dire Things's hoes does not function #6203

Describe the bug

Adding the "Drops Teleport" upgrade to a Celestigem or Eclipse Alloy hoe does not cause its reaped items to be teleported to the chest it's bound to; they are instead dropped as normal and go into the character's inventory or other nearby vacuum hoppers. Tiling a field with that upgraded hoe also does not cause its crops to be teleported, even though using a /data get command on the block reveals that it does have the teleportation destination correctly set.

The upgrade does work as expected on pickaxes and paxels (haven't tested axes and shovels). I also ran into this issue with the Direwolf20 modpack.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a Celestigem or Eclipse Alloy hoe.
  2. Create an "Upgrade: Drops Teleport" item.
  3. Apply the latter to the former on a Smithing Table.
  4. Find or place an inventory container (such as a regular vanilla chest).
  5. Bind the hoe to the container (using crouch + right-click).
  6. Reap something with the hoe and verify that it does not go into the container.
  7. Tile a field with the hoe and verify that its crops do not go into the container.
  8. Repeat the matching steps above with other Celestigem or Eclipse Alloy tools and verify that their results do teleport into the container.

Expected behaviour

Items reaped or collected using the hoe should go into the bound container.
