airtight seal does not work on Nanomuscle armor #6204

Describe the bug

Nanomuscle armor can be enchanted with airtight seal but airtight seal will not function

Steps to reproduce

  1. enchant Nanomuscle armor with airtight seal
  2. go into space
  3. start dying

Expected behaviour

Airtight seal keep me from dying in space

This might be something that requires a report on either here: https://github.com/dercodeKoenig/AdvancedRocketry/issues or here: https://github.com/GregTechCEu/GregTech/issues

for now, gonna be adding a tooltip about this problem, and hopefully I should be able to get it fixed soon :)
