Tooltips and JEI missing from inventory #6228

Describe the bug

Tooltips when hovering the mouse over items don't appear and JEI is missing from the inventory. This only happens in the regular player inventory. Opening chests, furnaces, curio inventory or crafting table does not have this issue. This issue only happens in a world i have been playing in for about 2 hours. a new world does not have this issue.

Steps to reproduce

E JEI is not there move mouse over item tooltip does not appear

Expected behaviour

JEI and tooltips to appear in the regular player inventory

Additional information

A new world does not have this issue and the old one still has the issue. Advanced tooltips (F3 + H) doesn't seem to affect this at all When i started playing they were both in the regular inventory but disappeared after some time. i do not know if i pressed any keybind that hides them, and couldn't find anything in the keybinds that should do anything like this.

This is a known bug and is looking to be caused by the just enough potion effects(or something like that) A workaround for this is to go into your inventory and right click the gear on the top left. Once there press the little red x on the top right of each of the options on the top row. That has worked for me.
