What issue are you having?

Administrators are unable to open other players' ender chests via the /enderchest command, attempting to do so yields no response when attempting to view other players' ender chests.

Crashlogs

Steps to reproduce

Executing the command /enderchest ShenLei results in no action or response.

Anything else to note?

Confirmed - the command is actually opening the enderchest GUI on the target player's screen instead of the executing player.
