[Feature Request]: Merge Creative Tabs #1282

Pretty much any one that has a tab

Description

Things like FTBG Guides and Filter System having 1 item and taking an entire tab, is sort of wasteful UX for the Player. Arguably Quests is a little different given it has a full row, but if the item count isn't likely to grow, then it could also be grouped into this. image

Describe the solution you'd like

Since most if not all FTB mods have a root lib mod anyway, it would be beneficial to the player to just register a single FTB Mods Tab and put items into there. Again, Quests may be something to decide, but I'd still put it in the same group category instead of having multiple single item tabs.
